Born on September 7, 1974.

From 1991 to 1996 she studied the psychology of business management and sport at the St. Petersburg State University. In 2013, she graduated from the management faculty of the Russian State University for the Humanities, majoring in international relations.

From 1995 to 1997, she hosted music programs on Sky Radio in Tallinn, Estonia.

From 1997 to 1999, she hosted music programs on the Europa Plus radio station in Moscow, Russia, and was also the hostess of music and entertainment programs on the TV channels NTV-Plus Muzika, Kultura and TV Center.

From 1999 to 2020, she was general manager of the radio station Love Radio, as well as the general manager of the radio holding Krutoy Media, which includes the radio stations Love Radio, Radio Dacha, Taxi FM, Vostok FM, Russkiy Hit, Vesna FM.

In June 2020, she was named advisor to the CEO of Gazprom-Media Holding.

Yulia Golubeva is vice president of the Russian Academy of Radio, a jury member of the Radiomania national awards, a member of the public council under the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor), a member of the coordination council for public service advertising and communications under the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, and a member of the Russian Academy of Music

She has won the Media Manager Russia national award, received recognition from the Russian President Vladimir Putin for her involvement in the organization and carrying out of the presidential elections as well as recognition from Ella Pamfilova, chairman of the Central Election Commission of Russia, for assistance given during the presidential elections in 2018. Yulia has also been recognized in the annual ranking “Top 1000 Russian Managers” in 2020. This ranking, a collaboration between the Russian Managers Association and the Kommersant publishing house, has been published annually since 2001 and serves as a useful and objective tool for assessing the professional reputations of Russia’s top managers.
